Taco Loco

This place really surprised me. I wasn’t expecting a real authentic Mexican restaurant. With real authentic Mexican food. The food was made here it was fresh and really delicious. This isn’t chipotle. I had a great waiter Gregory. Everything came out fairly quickly, hot and fresh. The pictures below came out to $20 not including gratuity. Glad i stopped in. Highly recommended!

We had the best lunch at Taco Loco. Beef and chicken tacos, and nachos. The guac was so fresh and instead of being spicy, it tasted of fresh herbs. Cannot wait to go back!! Great service as well.

We've visited Taco Loco a dozen times and have yet to have a bad experience. It has a polished exterior and branding that makes you think chain. I would put their food against our other favorite place in town, which is a hole-in-the-wall. The staff is friendly. The food comes quickly. We mostly go with our kids, so we haven't had margaritas yet. The guacamole is 👍. My favorite dish is the Pastor tacos. It's a must try if you like savory with pineapple.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch. She ordered birria chimichanga and I had birria enchiladas. Each meal was 18.99. Her meal came with one chimichanga and I had four little enchiladas. For that price at other restaurants, you get twice as much. Her's came out so hot she had to wait a while to eat it, while only one of my enchiladas was even warm. We each had a fountain soda, so after tip, we paid $55 and we both left hungry. Our server was very nice and the place is clean with a cool atmosphere, but overpriced for the portions.

The food is fresh and amazing. This is our second time. It never disappoints. We went at a traditionally not-busy time. 3pm on a Monday. The server was attentive and very nice. The bowl I ordered would be enough for two meals or three for tapas.
