Taco Rico West Kendall

First time I’m ordering here, never again I was happy to see some Vegan options I just received my order Which was a Grilled Veggie burrito They sent me a Steak one I was so confident in the product that took a huge bite cause I’m hungry only to find out there was Meat inside Not 1 single Grilled Veggie I called and they said they couldn’t do a replacement To contact uber And I did only got half of the refund This is a scam , and the staff runs in autopilot Besides that when I called the restaurant I was 20min waiting for the girl that answered the phone to even find my order Asking me if I ordered to another Taco Rico restaurant The worst customer service ever!!!! Always I guess open your burritos cause you never know what u might find inside From my point of view I wasted $40

Decent food, tasty but nothing out of this world. The taco salad I just had was much better before. The portion was bigger. Prices are about average for the area.

Bean and rice were cold, taco was tasty and the burrito was also tasty. They didn't give enough salsa and the chips were not the best I have had, not likeky to visit again as there are better places to get a taco, it is better than taco bell but that is no saying a lot

Popped in for an early dinner and LOVED it. Easy to order wak up counter. The employees were friendly. Our food arrived promptly and was delivered to our table. The portions were generous. Hot food was hot, cold foods were cold. Their Guacamole was FRESH and tasty. I got the Wet Burrito and it was awesome. I recommend this spot for an easy, casual dinner.

This place is the worst I've been to In a long time. They got one person out front trying to juggle everything. From order Taking to bringing food to the table. They charge you for items and forget to give you the things they charged you for, like drinks or side dishes. The food was horrible as well. I got a lunch special with a chicken quesedilla and it was one of the most flavorless things I've eaten. I could have gotten flat bread at home and stuck seasoned chicken and cheese together and it would have been better. My wife ate the burrito with a taco and she said it was the worst, and she loves Latin food and would eat just about anything. The parking lot is a jungle and the kid taking my order was literally throwing everything in my direction instead of placing it in front of me. He th
