Taco Time

Stopped here for lunch today. We were greeted upon entering. The staff was very friendly! Our food came out timely after we ordered. Our order was correct and the food was delicious! They also have the convenience of a drive-through if you don’t want to come in. They also have a small outdoor area if you want to eat outside. The facility is clean, and the staff friendly, the food delicious

We stopped to eat in late on a Sunday night with three grumpy kids, and I can’t imagine a better “fast food” experience. Employees in the back were waving to our toddler, the seating area was super clean, and someone even brought our food out to our table. And of course, taco time always tastes fresh and satisfying - it’s a shame we don’t have more locally owned, independent chains like this. Some reviews are saying service is slow, maybe that’s because food is actually prepared vs the processed crap you get elsewhere! 6 stars.

I would never usually review a fast food place but the girl with dark hair and glasses, deserves praise. She was easy to order from, easy to hear and spoke clearly. 8 minutes before close (not realizing when I came) I’d say if she’s not a manager she’d do well in that position.

Tacos always look like this and chicken was super salty I had to throw the whole meal away I brought a chicken fiesta platter

I’m not sure what was going on today but it was very busy in drive up so I decided to go inside. It was busy and no one was st counter. After a minute this girl walks up and stands at register ( no acknowledgment or smile) she is VERY rude and clearly pissed. I give her my order -beef soft taco meal - to go and go get my drink. While I’m waiting I witnessed an employee being rude and disrespectful to what I assume was manager. It was ridiculous then I get my order and no hot sausage so I stand at counter to ask and the first gal walks away so another gal ‘had to help me . I didn’t notice till I got home that my taco was spicy chicken. She bagged it ! I go there a lot and have never had bad service. The one in back was bitching about being too busy . This was absolutely ridiculous!
