Tacos de Carnitas

Excellent flavor from the puebla region of mexico. Salsas are authentic.

Food is decent if you're craving carnitas. Meat is tender not overly cooked but also not crispy enough for my taste. Parking is very challenging the other vendors take most of it up. Local business with parking have strict rules and will tow you. So good luck!

The carnitas are good by themselves but if you are like me and you mix the buche and the cueritos in the taco now That’s Another Level. Must have.

I stopped to grab a bite at the glance of the first food truck. There was no crowd and the food was okay.
