Tacos el Cuate de Obregon

I love me a food truck and I love me a good taco. Bonus points if local :) but I literally drove from phoenix to Tucson for the ribeye tacos. I had a friend from Tucson introduce me to this place and now it’s forever in my head. I absolutely recommend the ribeye taco! Love this place!

There are a lot of great taco trucks in and around Tucson. Tacos el Cuate is a cut above most with their rib eye tacos. Highly recommended!

The rib eye! A salt blasted, thin tender (enough) slab of juicy goodness. The cabeza is pretty tasty also.

The ribeye taco is one of the best tacos I've eaten. The toppings are super fresh. Everyone is friendly and serves you at your table.
