Tacos El Jefe

Love this place. We stopped here 4 years ago the first time driving through, and now we stop everytime!! It is delicious. I love their crispy tacos which are legit real tortillas that have been crisped up. The shredded beef and chicken are both tasty. The salsa bar is a bonus to add whatever salsa you want. The rest of my family ordered various plates, everyone was happy with chimichanga, burrito, enchilada. I love tacos... Street tacos, crispy tacos, soft tacos. I can get good street tacos where we live, but I can't get good crispy tacos anywhere but here. Bonus: they have a foosball table where you can play while you wait for your food. I wish every restaurant had this!!

Best tacos in all of So Utah. The adobada and asada are the best ones. The carne asada fries are amazing as well. Always make a stop here when I’m in Cedar 💯

Really good, authentic Mexican food in Cedar City! Look no further. AND they have an amazing salsa bar. I got a variety of street tacos, a crunchy taco along with a side of rice and beans. SOOOO GOOD! Service was excellent, food came up fast even though there was a line. It is now my go-to Mexican place, so glad it's here.

The chimichanga was huge and delicious. The food was made fresh and it came out quickly. I could eat the marinated carrots on the salsa bar as a meal. They were flavorful and mild. I love that they have lime quarters available on the salsa bar as well. Really good restaurant.

The food is great and the service is really fast! After ordering, we got some salsas from the salsa buffet and got a table. The food is very authentic and full of flavor. You can't beat the prices and the quality of food anywhere else. The protein and quantity of each dish we ordered were very generous.
