Customer Reviews
Can you say GREAT customer service? All of the stars for Victoria, and the nice gentleman in the back making the food. Victoria was so sweet! She gave her honest opinion which I totally appreciate. I will do another review on the food once I get home, and dig in! UPDATE: lord forgive me for judging… but these tacos were so very good! I bet they could make the best homemade tortillas and amplify the flavor… but let me tell you the limes were plenty, and the perfect squeeze! Tacos weren’t greasy (taco Al Pastor) I finished all four tacos and dipped them in a tasty cosme! I usually can’t finish more than two (so this says a lot) god bless!
I'm not even huge on birria, but the quesabirria tacos here are out. of. this. world. Sooo dang good. I've also tried their carne asada fries and the chavindeca. Obviously carne asada fries are not traditional mexican food, but they do a great dish, some of my fav in town. I've never had a chavindeca before, similar to a quesadilla but made out of two corn tortillas, and I got it with the al pastor. Super comforting. Their salsas are delicious, the place is always clean, and service is always super nice. Definitely an underrated mexican joint in town.
I've been here several times, both to eat in as well as to pick up delivery orders. The people here really know what customer service is and are nothing but nice and polite. However, what gives them a 5-star rating in my opinion is the fact that they serve a specific dish here that I haven't been able to find anywhere else, and that is tostadas de tinga. That is one of my all-time favorite foods, and I haven't been able to eat it ever since my mother passed away. When I found out these guys served that dish, I ran over here to try it out and I was not disappointed. Sure, it's not my mom's recipe or anything, but it did satisfy that craving and so much more. Definitely my top spot for Mexican food, if not very high up there.
I placed a catering order for about 40 people, with each person receiving their own meal, and El Sol didn’t miss a single one. I didn’t hear a single complaint, in fact, several people told me how good the food was. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely appreciative throughout the entire process. Their service went above and beyond, and I would absolutely rate them five stars.
Saw this gem as I was driving by... It was excellent.. got a chicken fajita burrito and it was excellent... Watch out everyone else up division.. this might be the spot.
