Tacos Estilo Marcos

I’m officially hooked on the Vampiros Al Pastor for lunch. It’s a crispy tortilla topped with melted cheese and flavorful marinated pork, finished with onions, cilantro, and avocado salsa. I also tried the fish taco, which was just as impressive—freshly battered and fried, then topped with lettuce and crema. Everything was delicious and full of flavor.

For a first timer. This place hit the bullseye! I love spicy…they had an extra spicy option for the burrito! I highly recommend getting a couple extra if you wanna sweat. Also got Asada and Carnitas tacos. Both were fantastic. I had mentioned it was my first time so they comped me a vampirios…never had it but it was amazing. I’ll be coming back many, many times.

Worked on a low budget movie here in town and Marcos and his daughter, Jacqueline, hooked up our cast and crew with late night catering for two of our days. The food is terrific and Marcos and Jacqueline were too kind. They really worked with our catering budget as well which was greatly appreciated. Jacqueline went above and beyond as well and drove to the house we were shooting at making sure we had enough plates for the order. Great service, great food (try the carnitas!), highly recommend.

Marcos is not only a great taco stand for West Point, it’s a great taco stand period. The food is excellent and fresh. Anyone complaining about prices here has likely never left their house. This is the cheapest place to get a huge, fresh meal. To top it off, the owner is community-minded and the nicest guy. Last week, he shut down early and encouraged people to go to the fire department for their tri tip dinner fundraiser instead. I thought that was such a kind gesture and we’ll certainly continue to support him!

Food and service are amazing! But dont take my word for it come on down and try it for yourself!!!
