Tacos Guadalajara

I had to do a review because if I didn’t, I would’ve felt completely played out of my money. The tacos were not good or flavorful at all at all. I had to add my own seasonings & i still threw it away!. I don’t like the green sauce. The stuffed poppers were not good. I never had it with mozzarella cheese inside, so I wanted to give it a try that was a no go. I asked for a side of rice. They put beans and rice in a bowl. Im allergic to beans so i had to throw that away!!. but they charge me five dollars for it. The combination burrito was very thin on the meat I won’t be returning!!!.

Amazing burritos with delicious meat and ingredients. Good portion size, fair price, friendly service. You'll be hard pressed to find a better taco truck!

Took a gamble on this place and to me it really was not that good. I had the queso birroa order and that was ok. Flavor was ok nothing out of this world. I also had two tacos de trips that were not good at all. They did not clean the tripe bury and really salty. My first choice that u was ordering was a torta of asada but the lady informed me that they did not have the bread It was not that late and for a place that offers tortas and not have it hmmm. The wait time was about 35 min. To me this place is a 3 star.

My girlfriend is from Mexico and this is her favorite place in Amarillo. It’s our game to try every taco place in town and this is by far the best. And the salsa is also unmatched. Be prepared the red is hot, but It’s amazing.

This was my 1st real meal after eating gas station food on the road for 5 days. The birria fries were delicious! My husband ordered the jalapeno stuffed tacos. He said "they were the bomb, yo". The guy taking our order was very pleasant and the food was brought to our car when ready. The food truck is right down the street from our motel and I'm so glad we tried it. I would definitely eat their food again.
