Tacos Jimenez

Parked at the pilot for a reset, and after reading the reviews we chose Tacos Jimenez out of the many food truck options. We were not disappointed. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito, a quesadilla, and the loaded fries. Portions were huge. Flavor was amazing. Best burrito I have had in years. The bonus bean tostadas were a nice touch. Husband loved his loaded fries. Quesadilla actually had enough cheese to make me happy. Service was quick, about 10-15 minutes. Definitely put the number in my phone for the next time we go through to call ahead and pick up.

I cannot say enough about how much we love this place! They have come through for us on a few occasions where we had to feed a lot of people! Recently, we had a party of 40+ people and they supplied all the food and it did not disappoint! Communication with this company went well and they are very nice and we will most definitely continue to recommend them and use them for any of our future events. Everyone loved their tacos, rice, and beans! It's the simplest meal but the taste was EVERYTHING. We have people from out of state that request this truck once they land into town! LOL. Many blessings to a successful business for this restaurant! We LOVE it!

Really good Mexican food! Also mulitas weren't on the menu but they were happy to make me some, no problem. Would return in a heartbeat.

Tacos Jimenez serves some of the best tacos in SoCal—flavorful, fresh, and reasonably priced. A must-try!

Nice spot for truckers. Great food, large portions!
