10/8/1015: Downgrading to 4 stars overall as the last couple burritos were rather small for $12 cash. Maybe the red van crew are kind of cheap? As of 9/27/2025 this place is still open. Love that they offer lengua. 5 stars for existing. Imagine how amazing if we had more of these pop-ups! Note, I've had zero gastrointestinal issues with their food. Compare that to chipotle, which destroys me more of the time. ----------------------------------- This place is great! Prices are written on the poster. Burritos $12, tacos like $3. Awesome salsas, pickled onions. Cash only, little English, support these entrepreneurs bringing decent Mexican to West Seattle! I didn't go to this place for the longest time due to them not having prices written down, I was wrong!

Best taco stand outside of LA and the closest experience if you’re not in Mexico!! I can never find the “unique” meats, lengua and buche, that is cooked right. They do it so good here. It’s buttery soft and tender, but still has texture. La Asadita’s lengua burrito was amazing!! Especially with their mild avocado salsa and freshly cut cucumbers to help balance freshness with the salty 😋

Tacos were good! But quite pricey. $10/taco. I paid $40 for 4 in the picture.

Fantastic mexican place right at the intersection of Fauntleroy way and SW Alaska St (let the aromas guide you). We have been here several times in the past month and crave for more always. We have tried their al pastor tortas, al pastor quesadillas and both have been phenomenal. Their sauces are the bomb. The red one is super spicy while the cilantro crema is mild but fab. I add all 3 sauces on all their food items and it js elevates the flavors. Seasoning and spices on point. Pretty authentic. They usually have their cart here post 7PM (start accepting orders around 7:15-7:30 PM). Cash only or they do zelle transactions. Highly recommend giving these guys a try. They satiate my mexican food cravings the right way. Cheers!

EXCEPTIONAL Mexican food, easily among the best in city. Great prices, lots of protein and flavor. So glad to have them in the neighborhood.
