Tacos la Paloma

Read with caution: This was hands down the worst food truck experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the pupusas, and they were absolutely awful. The owner mentioned she learned to make them a while ago but hadn’t practiced much — and it definitely showed. I tried swapping for tacos instead, but she seemed annoyed by the request. The tacos came out cold, the green salsa had a strange yogurt-like texture, and the whole thing was just slimy. She’s running everything alone out of a generator from the back of her car truck, there’s no way she can produce quality food under those conditions. Never again.

I got the birria tacos, sauce was great, fresh onions, cilantro and some lime wedges. Te beef itself wouldn't blow your mind but the taco as a whole was delicious. I walked here during my lunch break and I'd definitely like to visit again and try some other things in the future. The lady that handed me my food was friendly and gave me recommendations on which hot sauce to go for. (I tried the hot, it was good but curious how the mild is)

Came here for lunch when passing by, ordered tacos de napoles, very tasty and fresh.

Well, only been here once and tried again. Firstly, my bill was 27.50, and after giving the cashier 40$, I received 2.50 back (cashier didn't know math and couldn't figure out how much to give) then she forgot my order and I understand there's a bag fee in WA but after the first 2 horrible service charged me a bag. Like seriously you can't cover an 0.08$ bag when your service was so horrible

Amazing tacos very tasty I recommend it.
