The Birria Ramen is a 10/10! Everything tasted amazing. One of the best food trucks in Tampa easily. This is a late night go to for sure.

had amazing food at there other location twice and decided to try out this location and the first time was good (not as good but still). today tho our second time here was absolute garbage. no consume for the birria tacos (and thats kinda important) they were also not grilled and had no cheese. when I asked if I could at least pay extra for a cup of the consume I was told no b4 I could even finish asking.... the chorizo was also terrible like not edible bad.... unfortunately if you care this little about your food quality then u dont give a shit about your customers. I would have been a loyal customer for years to come but now I have to call ppl ive recommend this place to and warn them. really sad to see as we loved this place. picture is of our "birria tacos"

I was worried about it being a food truck but wow!!! Super fresh ingredients and slamming good food!!! I give 10 stars! Come one come all!! Good size servings for the price!!

Hands down best Mexican food in FL I've had. Coming from San diego cali my whole life. Closest to authentic you can get. That said, mexican food is supposed to be cheap poverty food and using shredded beef over lamb already is half assing it on the birria. But today after going here for over a year now they raised prices again. 21 dollars for a birria taco and Agua Fresca is very very taxed. Used to be my number one weekly spot I'd bring literally everyone too. now it's on the list of maybe once a month. PEOPLE OVER PROFITS YALL MAKING ENOUGH MONEY ON EACH ORDER. plus asking over 20+% on the tip reader as I order standing from a truck....FOH. the audacity. Also be prepared for no bathroom. Or handwashing so come on lunch pre cleaned up.
