Tacos las Carolinas

$16/entree is on the high side for a food truck but I decided to try it. Food is average to below average, portions are very small for the price. Friendly service. Won't be back. Photo is the enchiladas. Covered in lettuce so looks much bigger than it is. We ordered flautas and enchiladas and it was $32. The entree covers about 1/4 of the tray.

What gives? I come one day and tacos are $3 each. I come today Sunday 6/22 and they’re $10 for 3? And is it me or are the tacos getting smaller? I’m a regular but I’m going to start exploring the other local trucks.

As someone who hates greasy tacos, this place was a win flavorful, affordable, and not greasy at all. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Wake Forest! Also the sopes are a must!!

The tacos are delicious! Francisco is so kind! The ONLY thing I would take away points for is that it is a little too pricy. But if the price came down a bit this place would be a regular for me!

So my friend got a plain cheese quesadilla yesterday for 5.00 and I went over there today to get the exact same thing and they wanted to charge me 10.00. After questioning this they wanted to bump it down to 7.00. I don’t understand why the mark up in just one day. Do not go to this place ever!!! The food is ok not great just like every other Mexican place, but the prices fluctuate everyday. Again do not go here because the price increases made everyday. They are located on Durham Rd Wake Forest. Avoid at all cost. Go to a real Mexican restaurant with set prices.
