Customer Reviews
First time here and the food was amazing, we had the fish and shrimp tacos. The service was very nice and the ambiance outside was just fine. They were a bit busy and only two in the truck working. But, they did a great job serving everyone so kudos to them. Definitely recommended.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Costa Baja Tacos & Mariscos deserves one. The food was excellent — absolutely unforgettable. I ordered the Campechana, and it was so delicious that I literally had to step away for a moment just to process what I was tasting. I’ve traveled up and down the coast of California, through Baja California, Mexico, New Mexico, and Texas, and I can honestly say this was the best Campechana I’ve ever had. The flavors were fresh, perfectly balanced, and full of life — everything you hope for in great seafood. Costa Baja isn’t just another seafood spot; it’s a reminder of how good food can make you stop, think, and appreciate the moment. I’ll definitely be back. To be continued.
The tacos are delicious, great people, friendly respectful attitude, only that the fish was refried not freshly made early, but they still are delicious.
Was VERY disappointed nothing like the one in town. Food tasted unseasoned, and portions for the price were very small.
I was excited to see this seafood taco truck and try the Campenchana and fish tacos that other reviews mentioned as great. Unfortunately, both were lacking flavor. My husband said even with all the toppings it came with, it really needed some zing and salt. The campenchana had plenty of seafood in it and reminded me of ceviche with extra tomato broth. It was $23 which was very expensive for the size, which was a big styrofoam take-out coffee cup. They must have added more shrimp in at the last minute as some were they were lemon-cured (pinkish like ceviche) but many were still grey and raw letting it cure 20 minutes more, it still wasn’t cured pink, they were still grey/raw. I think it was because it was almost closing time. I had to add much more lemon juice to get them to turn color or
