We visited this restaurant recently after noticing the renovations, as we had been here prior to the updates. Overall, the experience was okay, but there was one issue that stood out. When we arrived, there was already a group seated who had not yet been served. We were asked if we were dining in or taking out, and after confirming we were dining in, we were told to choose a seat. I placed my order at the counter upon arrival, as the process was not clearly explained, and then we sat down. After waiting for some time without being approached, two additional parties arrived and were seated behind us. They were promptly given menus, drinks, and ultimately received their food before we did—despite the fact that we had arrived and ordered prior to them. We ended up being the last customers ser

Wow! Just WOW! how is the food this good AND the staff this friendly? Add in uplifting Christian music and I’m basically having church with my breakfast. This place isn’t just serving meals—it’s serving joy on a plate.

Tacos y mas has a good customer service, it was also pretty good. The tacos were fresh and had real flavor, especially the birria ones. The place is really calm and the people and workers were nice. Service was good and food was delicious. I’d go back for sure.

The guy is very rude and they have poor customer service. He tried to charge me extra for two small sauces for almost $5. And I know it was because I’m black. He doesn’t do that to Hispanic or white customers. They are very racist and disrespectful to black people. Do not come here. He has no professional and integrity.

I love the food, fresh cook. Never thought I’d find a Spanish/Mexican spot that was better than the one in Staten Island. It’s just as good!!! Even better. Guy at register is so respectful, I leave tips when I can. GREAT SERVICE
