Taiwan Dragon Chinese Restaurant (台灣龍)

The people were extremely nice and great the inside looked amazing with all their photos and the menu looked good. I had rainbow rice and steamed dumplings. The food took less than 10 minutes to be brought to the counter. When I first ate some of my food yesterday the taste was a 6/10 but I had the rest for lunch today and it was a 10/10. Im definitely coming back to this place but ill try something new on the menu

(Updated July 2025) Over the years, we’ve enjoyed dozens of business lunches and dinners at Taiwan Dragon whenever we’re in town—and they never disappoint. This is one of those rare Chinese restaurants that truly has it all: a warm, welcoming atmosphere, a spotless dining room, fast and friendly service, fair prices, and consistently excellent food. Their longstanding support for the military is both evident and appreciated, making it not just a great place to eat, but one we’re proud to support. this is my absolute f a a a a v o r i t e chinese restaurant that exists in all of killeen, my family and i have been coming here for years (my mom worked here in her teens), and the food never disappoints. We probably have a couple of family photos hung up on the walls around the place (: portions of the food are great too, the lunch portions are just enough.

Wow. The rice smelled like the cooks chain smoke cigarettes in the back. Literally smelled like cigarettes my dad smoked my whole life. The crab Rangoon was old and very chewy. The sesame chicken tasted like general tso but just with sesame seeds on top and the sauce was not good. Very disappointed with the $40 I just spent here. Great service and cool interior.

I found MULTIPLE egg shells in my rice almost choked on one and then when I try to call the restaurant they line busy! NEVER AGAIN!!! One or two yeah understandable but more like damn did you guys crack the egg on the rice
