I went here for my best friend’s 12-year-old son’s birthday and it was our first time visiting. I loved the restaurant and the ambiance. It felt fun but still really nice. Our waiter was incredibly kind, patient, and always attentive to our needs. The lychee martini was so delicious that my friend and I both ordered it. We sat right in front of the hibachi table and the food was honestly out of this world. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. I felt really happy and comfortable the entire time. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to celebrate a birthday or any special occasion. * no picture of food since we all ate it too fast haha *
Great Japanese steakhouse with an extensive menu—everything from sushi to Japanese entrées and shareable appetizers. Everything we tried was excellent, but the duck rolls were an absolute standout and easily my favorite. We didn’t order sushi this time, but the dishes coming out to nearby tables looked incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The ambiance is perfect for an interactive night out with friends—lively, welcoming, and fun without being overwhelming. Definitely a spot worth checking out, and one I’d happily return to.
This hibachi was giving diet hibachi. Our flame barely scraped 12–15 inches high, while other tables were out here with infernos three times taller. If you’re gonna do hibachi, give us the show — not a candlelight dinner. The kids looked semi bored, and honestly, so was I. I ordered shrimp and scallops. The scallops? Sad. No sear, no crust, just pale little marshmallows looking blobs. Flavor was fine, but where were the sauces? No yum yum, no garlic teriyaki, not even a sad soy sauce packet. At my local spot, they practically drown you in options. Here, we were raw‑dogging hibachi with zero sauce support. Service was like a disappearing act. Our waiter ghosted us after the initial order, and we had to chase him down for refills. When most of the table ordered water, he chuckled like we w
Oh my gosh. So this is my favorite sushi in KOP and I am a sushi snob sort of. I love sushi and I eat it a lot. While I don’t get to frequent this restaurant as much as I like to, they have some of the best quality sushi as well as hibachi in the area. It’s probably my boyfriend’s favorite sushi place. I have a lot of places I like but this one is high up on my list. Everyone here is professional and it’s very clean and very fun inside! It’s a beautiful restaurant and has a hibachi side as well as the regular dining side. I have done both!
We've been meaning to visit this place for a while and finally made it happen (December). We came in and were sat right away. The traditional dining area is on the outside of the hibachi tables and walled off. When we were seated almost immediately I and my wife felt cold, like the heat was barely on. We moved to a different booth which was better but still chilly. Not sure why it was cold inside the restaurant. Anyways, the server was nice but not as bubbly as you would anticipate but, she warmed up after we talked and joked with her, then she was very nice. The food was delightful, we loved everything. The drinks were great. The hibachi area looks very cool and the tables were all having a great time so, definately want to come back and get that experience.
