I always look for a busy place when I stop in an unfamiliar place and have no reservation. Walked in and they said there was a 1 hr wait but we were seated in about 25 minutes. Service and service were great. Only disappointment was the wine, for the price it was not good.

Absolutely love it here! Food is amazing and healthy pizza, all organic , waiters and waitresses are super friendly , can’t go wrong. I removed one star because the only horrid thing about this place is the front hostess with the short hair, glasses and bull nose ring. I believe her name is Ingrid. She’s the most unpleasant person, condescending, just overall not someone you look forward to greeting you right before a great meal. We come here pretty often and hope to not encounter her. Otherwise, talulas is awesome overall! Meatballs are delicious , all the desserts are amazing as well.

When I told the Millennial Chum that I wanted to try this place, her reaction was a shrug and an "it's okay." Yup. Accurate. We came here for lunch yesterday on a nippy December afternoon, which somehow still required several minutes of searching for a parking spot in downtown Asbury. Even when you're visiting at the least beach town friendly time of year, you can't keep Asbury down. I decided to get the Ginger Hot Toddy and a Margie w/ the $6 burrata/garlic chip add-on. The drink was mediocre at best, and its only selling point was the temperature. It came with a tea bag, which isn't mentioned in the description and honestly would have likely been a dealbreaker if I'd known ahead of time since I wasn't in the mood for the steeping drama that comes with it, along with a strange chewable g

Absolutely love Talula’s! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with that perfect Asbury Park vibe — cozy, lively, and always full of great energy. The food is incredible — their wood-fired pizzas are out of this world, and the ingredients are always super fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive, and you can tell they care about the experience. Whether you’re stopping in for brunch, dinner, or just a drink, it never disappoints. Definitely one of my favorite spots in town!

The vegan pizza was truly Devine, so flavorful ! I tried the mozzarella sticks because they looked amazing but they were a bit too cheesy tasting for my liking.
