Customer Reviews
The weekend breakfast buffet at Tamarind Indian Cuisine is fantastic! I highly recommend it. The entire spread was great, but the Wada was incredibly fresh, and the Mysoore Bhaji was my absolute favorite. A wonderful way to start the morning.
Went to try this newly opened Restuarant. Owner is very friendly and she gave suggestions on which dishes to order. We ordered Jalapeño chicken appetizer, Mutton fry piece biryani and vijayawada chicken boneless biryani. Appetizer tasted good but its dipped with lot of oil. Same with biryanis, mutton cooked well, but too much oil even when we ordered medium spicy. So we were unable to eat them all. Raita and gravy on side are not up to the mark. Hope this feedback will be useful to improve things in the coming days and will try back some-other time again. Thank you.
Waited more than 1 hour for shrimp biryani....it's just some color rice and fried shrimps...no biryani flavor, no biryani masala....!! Same for vijayawada chicken biryani . Absolutely taste less..!!!
update: the owner didn’t even remember what they have been advertising. i have posted the picture of their advertisement offering the dinner buffet on thursday festival day dussera. Moreover, I have given them a call before reaching to the restaurant to make sure they were offering dinner buffet. I was told yes. and upon arrival we were also shown the buffet table. The service was not so welcoming though the food tasted good. Such decilious food items are much appreciated. long story short, we went there for a dinner buffet as advertised by the owner. No items were ready, the half / not filled pots felt not appetizing at all. They really need to improve on presentation, if not it kind of kills the appetiate even if we go hungry. Later they kept filling as we already started to eat. star
The tea was a complete game changer. I ended up having almost three cups because it was beautifully blended and the taste was very impressive. Even better, the tea was complimentary. For the appetizer, I tried the baby corn. The perfect crispiness and well-balanced spices made it my favorite among everything I had. I also tried the goat curry, and it truly stood out. They have their own unique recipe, the curry consistency was rich, and the meat was perfectly cooked. I loved the entire experience and will definitely plan to visit again.
