Tam's Burgers

I was a regular customer at Tams. And at least 2 instances before this I wasn’t happy and just dealt with the food. But tonight I went inside the restaurant as I always do and ordered a cheeseburger combo and an order of zucchinis. I ordered my food and I go to sit down. 2 minutes the lady is calling for me, saying my food is ready. I responded and say… “that fast?”. She says “ yes, there’s no customers so we already finished. I toll the food which felt hot, and I headed home. I got home to find out the zucchinins was not done. Crunchy as a raw cumber. I called and I express my disappointment, mind you the last time my zucchinis has long hair fried in it. So I called. I say I’m bringing the entire order back and they can remake the entire order or refund me. The lady at the from was silent

It's a bit pricey, IMO, but the grandkids love the big burritos, and the beans & rice is good. Picture 1 is chorizo plate with rice & beans Picture 2 is sausage & bacon burrito. Can't use gift cards there.

Everything we ordered was a disappointment. I ordered Diet Coke and when we went up to pay they poured Diet Pepsi. The person who took our ordered should have made that clarification. We ordered a pastrami combo with a fried zucchini and French fry combo. The zucchini batter lacked any seasoning, the French fries were not flavorful and tasted kind of “meally” as if they were reheated and not fresh. And finally the pastrami sandwich was SOGGY. They thing that bugged me is that we only live 1 mile from Tam’s. How was the sandwich soggy by the time we got home. Yuck all the way around! 🤮

Chili fries were screamin burger was a little dry...but that's just my opinion. Definitely stop and check it out for yourself. Next time im trying the breakfast.

Love the food, the atmosphere, everything, been coming here since I was a kid chicken salad is outstanding IMO. Would recommend to anyone driving through Paramount.
