Tan Huo Kabob Bar

My husband and I ate here on a Thursday night, where we were seated right away. Food quality is great, though a bit on the bland side, but you can adjust by adding cumin or spice powder to your liking. The lamb, beef and even the chicken skewers were juicy and the bbq charcoal flavor was outstanding. We went a bit crazy by ordering a spicy lamb soup pot, rice and a bunch of skewers, and ended up taking some leftovers home. We like the vibe and it’s definitely good for hanging out with friends but knowing that it’s just a bit pricier.

Absolutely love this place! The variety of skewers is amazing, and everything tastes so authentic — just like real Chinese BBQ. The grilled chicken wings are super juicy and flavorful, the chicken skewers are tender and perfectly seasoned, and the grilled eggplant is a must-try — soft, smoky, and full of garlic flavor. The menu has so many great options, and the portion sizes are generous. It’s the perfect spot to go with friends, grab a few cold drinks, and enjoy some great food. Highly recommended!

Disgusting food. We found a live bug in our food. Plus $30 lamb chop was so dry that it was completely inedible. We enjoyed zero dish out of 12 entrees we ordered.

It's rare to find such authentic grilled skewers, and the iced jelly dessert is also very nice.
