Tandoori Bites

As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and shown to my seat. Menus and water were brought right away, and our server was attentive and kind throughout the experience. She took our orders, and within minutes, a gentleman brought out our lunch specials. I ordered the lamb vindaloo, which was served with rice, yogurt, a fresh salad, and a mixed vegetable soup—though I’m not sure of its exact name. We were also given garlic naan, which was delicious and paired perfectly with the meal. Compared to my last visit, the restaurant looks like it’s gone through some changes. The space was beautiful and well-lit, with an elegant atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. We went there for a birthday celebration, received a free dessert and they even played happy birthday overhead for us. Made us feel very special. Tandoori Bites never disappoints. The food was excellent. The staff was very attentive to our table. The restaurant recently remodeled on the inside and it's beautiful. Thank you for making our visit special.

I love this place! We used to come here at least once a month. But it is a drive from us, so now we go on special occasions. The music is always so peaceful and the food never disappoints. I really love this place, I even wrote a college essay on Tandoori Bites. I got the shrimp vindaloo extra spicy and a coffee. So so so good

The interior of the restaurant looks very classy: Tablecloths, silverware, glassware. Service was excellent and the staff very attentive. If you never had Indian food, you might be a bit overwhelmed by the menu. Don’t hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations. We ordered the trio kabob, lamb palak(mild), lamb curry(medium) and bread basket. The lamb was very tender and the spice level was milder than we anticipated. Kabobs were good but a bit dry to our liking. The naan was fresh and hot. We couldn’t get enough of it. If ever we are in the mood for Indian, this will be our go to. 5 months later we are back. Consist service and quality of food. It just hits the spot every time.

Literally my go to for Indian food in Wilmington. I’ve loved eating here before their remodel but after it’s so much more inviting and all the staff is so nice and respectful. I always get the same things and recommend paneer tiki masala, garlic naan, chai tea and the papad is literally my favorite I could eat my weight in it. I didn’t really like Indian or eating different things before. So this place will always have a special place in my heart for making me love to try new foods. Thank you tandoori bites ❤️❤️❤️
