I love the food. But the company only and I repeat only cares about the money. Not you. They rather you risk life for chicken and money. Hey I get it but when you have a whole market or Ahoskie, Windsor and plymouth call out, as a mature person as a smart non ignorant person that also has a family that would love to come back home to everyday should do is call a no work on the bases of safety.

Racist comments were being made, an employee waited until I was half way out the door with my arms full of food and looked at me then let the door go and it slammed into me, the manager in the green shirt was cursing like she was at a club and refused to wait on my calling me the cracker at the counter. This was in Warsaw

Bojangles is a joke of an establishment, especially the location on Hwy 111 Goldsboro NC. Employees and management are a joke. This location should be closed down.

I’m a lifelong Bojangles enthusiast. In college I ate at almost everyone on Hwy. 70 from Morehead City to Raleigh and beyond. I’ll now choose to go anywhere else besides Bojangles. I get we’re in a challenging time in the workforce but here’s the deal, Chick-fil-A is doing something right. Maybe it’s time to rethink our management strategy here and do something different. I remind you that I loved Bojangles. If I get food from here now it’s a 1 in 15 chance that it’s all going to be good. I’m sorry but something has to change. I wish I knew the answer.

This is the most unorganized Bojangles I have ever visited. There was a cashier and two other employees on the front line and a third employee came up to clean. The couple in front of me had been waiting 20 minutes for 6 small items when they ask about their foot and it was another 5 minutes before they got it. We had order fries without seasoning so I expected to wait. However the couple behind us should not have had to wait. Their food was sitting on the tray getting cold when the man ask if they could get their food before it got cold. The young girl that was cleaning the front line threw her hands up, said “ I don’t know”. I ask for the manager. One employee replied he’s right there motioning towards the Drive thru. The manager never came out. I said I’m not kidding I would like to sp
