Taqueria El Valle

There are a lot of Mexican food trucks in and around Pierce County, and this one was an impulsive stop on my way to a work meeting, and oh, did they deliver. I ordered the Pollo Asado plate with rice and beans. The meat FELL off the bone, the skin was deliciously crispy (I hate soft chicken skin), and the dish came with a nice salad, radishes and limes, oh and of course, salsa options! The meal was huge! I'll definitely have enough leftovers, and will be coming here again. Thanks for the meal, it lifted my spirit.

The food is always good. We have tried the tortas, quesadillas, sopes and multiple sides. The food is flavorful and they have very generous portions. The price is very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. The pastor is my favorite and my husband likes the asada.

Food is always good carnitas r very good i almost always get the mulitas and asada burrito rice and beans r 1.50 each side so very good price def recommend customer service could be a little more welcoming and kind guy has a little bit of an attitude unless u speak Spanish I ordered in English then caught him off guard because of his attitude spoke in Spanish which i know ... his whole demeanor changed so thats unfortunate my demeanor remained kind and clear. 🤷‍♀️ People r unkind and prejudice sometimes for no apparent reason apparently.

Felt super judged because I don’t speak Spanish, the girl looked at me like I was crazy, the food was okay, nothing I would do back for, I got carnitas tacos my boyfriend go el pastor and we got a side of beans and 2 horchata, $35!!!😲 insanly expensive. La Fondita taco truck in Tacoma is way better you can get 2 meals (3 tacos per plate your OWN rice and beans and drink for $20) and it tastes way better and the service is actually nice to non Spanish speaking people.

Oh one of the best tacos we’ve tried so fresh. We love this place!! Best food truck! Pork belly Taco is our fave everything else is good. My kids loves their carnesada fries better than memos they said.
