Taqueria Garibaldi

I’ve been coming here with my family for the past 5 years, and the food is always amazing. I came in today during the evening and they helped me right away. The food came out fast, the tortillas were handmade, and the salsa was delicious. This place is such a DMV food gem that people need to know about. Support your local businesses!!

Best place to eat real mexican food in the area. I used to come here daily because of how good and kind of reasonably priced the food was. I usually order tacos, tortas, etc. But i highly recommend the quesadillas since they’re big, probably enough for two people. The atmosphere is somewhat alright, the bathrooms are kind of dirty but not super dirty to the point it’s unusable, the tables are usually clean and they speak some english there but mostly spanish. 5 stars

Great food but I wasn’t expecting to spend 33$ on a Birria trio then 3 more tacos of barbacoa, pastor, and lengua

Restaurant needed a quick clean up, probably from the lunch rush. I noticed the salt shaker very low, Just rice left in shakee. Ordered a Vegetarian Torta, a stack taco( tortillas were made that day) fresh and a tostada de pastor. We were plesently surprised with the rustic flavors. The taco meat and tostada meat had a lil bit of fat but workable. The cashier could use a shave or trim, maybe a hair net... Overall good, solid food. Will go back and try again, three stars!

I'm telling you best tacos in the area. And I been to dam near all of them. The tacos are a good size not like other places nearby that takes like 8 tacos to get me full. 3-4 tacos here are just right. Favorite meat is the Carnita. Big fried peices with good flavor. The cooked onions they give you just as good too! This place need more recognition not even exaggerating. I've told all my buddies about this place and they all agree it's the best spot! Try the Carnita tacos!
