Taqueria la chaparrita y birrieria

I heard they just moved into the parking lot of Bull Nettle so I came for the quesabirria tacos and was not disappointed! They were fresh, made to order, came with 3 different kinds of hot sauce (all of which were delicious), and the consumme was perfect. The lady at the window was super friendly, and they had a buzzer that went off when the food was ready, so i could chill in my car while they cooked it. They even have birria pizza which will be my next purchase. Can't recommend this place enough.

Best tacos in stephenville I’ve had. Went to this place two days in a row and was heartbroken that I couldn’t get there in time on national taco day. Considering having them cater my wedding.

Fresh on the spot well made food. We got the taco and quesadilla and both were excellent. Lots of meat and the dipping sauce was great. Recommended!

Wow! Delicious Quesa Birria Tacos! Great service. I called and and she immediately sent me a menu with prices. I will definitely be returning to try their other items. The prices are spot on. Quality of food is exceptional.
