Taqueria La Guacamaya

We ordered the Menudo, and it was excellent — full of tender tripe and honeycomb tripe, soft and flavorful without being too salty. The steak fajitas came out sizzling hot on the skillet, super fresh and delicious. They also have a self-serve salsa bar with fresh toppings and sauces, which is a great bonus. Everything tasted fresh and well-made. Definitely recommend!

Only 4 stars in atmosphere because I wish it could accommodate larger crowds. This review is long over due. Been ordering take out for years and have dined in several times. Food is on point and delicious but what makes this restaurant set apart form others is the owner. Staff is welcoming but the owner truly cares about going above and beyond expectations to ensure your dining experience is exceptional. Had a snafu with our order this evening and the gracious owner resolved the trouble with kindness and immediate unexpected resolution. Beyond necessary to correct a minor order error. Just proves that he cares more about a satisfied customer than his bottom line. Lets show him his compassion and delicious menu are indeed noticed and worth the community support.

We stopped here on our way out to Ashland. Our experience was amazing! We were greeted right away, sat and attended to immediately. Then there’s the food! I got the shredded chicken tacos and they were delicious. I was so hungry I only took the “after” photo. You also have over a half dozen salsas to choose from! Great spot!

Super friendly and attentive service, great food, and yummy drinks! Ask for the habanero salsa if you like hot. We rode our bikes here twice while camping at the State Park. It's a great bike/walking trail.

Extremely good and attentive service, food was spectacular with great taste, temp, plating and promptness. Everyone was really friendly, the prices were good, and despite it being busy everyone checked in on us regularly. Would definitely visit again
