Taqueria La Zacatecana

Let me start by saying the food was DISGUSTING! My tacos tasted old and stale, especially the meat. I saw at least 3 roaches, varying in different sizes. The ONLY thing that made my visit worthwhile was our waitress, Fatima. She was so attentive and nice, and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Every other worker had a nasty attitude!

The Barbacoa tacos were really great, first time here and the hostess was really sweet and helpful as much as she could be. But those tacos were pretty ballin, we'll be back soon. I would recommend this place to friends

Dining room is small/compact. Food is ok, not bad, but not great. The sauces are similar. The green sauce was a little spicy, red sauce was the same. I didn't particularly care for the avocado sauce, so I didn't put it on a taco. I didn't try the mix from the sauce bar. I don't like cactus much, so... Service was great. Friendly staff.

Super cute small place with great prices and food. I like dining alone, and it is the perfect place to do so. I normally order chicken, but they did not have any, so I got asada, and it was delicious! Will be back.
