Taqueria Mi Rancho

Not sure why this place isn’t a 5 star rating…. They hit EVERY single point on being great! I was born and raised in the Bay Area, so I’m pretty knowledgeable about great Mexican food! I didn’t have high hopes for this place because of the rating, and being attached to a store…. Man was I SOOOO wrong!! BEST carne asada burrito I have EVER had! The salsa bar was stocked with the freshest salsas ever! And the customer service was off the charts AMAZING!! Super kind, friendly, & attentive! HIGHLY recommend!!

While this place is on the side of the 160, the food is authentic from the burrito to the tacos. If you are looking to get good service and Mexican food on your way after stopping at Isleton, then this is the stop for a good break and good food. Tacos are good; the tortilla needs a bit longer cooking, and the meat is good from cooking and seasoning. Burrito is yummy; a nice balance of beans, rice, sour cream, meat, and cheese. Service: The staff are kind and excellent customer service.

Great food and great prices! The food is always fresh and delicious. You can tell they make it with love. Everything Ive tried is great. Try the shrimp tacos! 🌮

The carna asada fries to die for! So much it's 2 meals! Second day I put in micro for 50 seconds then put in hot fry pan with olive oil, better than day before!

The food is amazing here. Very good quality and always fresh. The crew are friendly and easy to talk to when ordering. They have Jarritos, a Salsa bar, and a fountain station with bathrooms and a liquor store right next door. Highly recommend it. On Saturdays and Sundays is their Menudo or Pozole specials. First come first serve. Goes quick cause it's really good. Enjoy!
