TAQUERIA PONCITLAN #2

Quick stop on Arrow Hwy before going into LA county Fairgrounds in Pomona. $2.50 tacos do not disappoint. They are $3-3.5 in Ventura Co. And the Lengua here has more flavor as it should. Good stop in between the 10 and 210 fwys.

Been on the prowl for a new spot for a good breakfast burrito in our new area. It's been more miss than hit with some places charging way too much. Decided to give Taqueria Poncitlan a try and OMG it was amazing and far better than our previous regular place. I opted for the chorizo, beans, and egg burrito for $10.99 but added avocado, tomatoes, and cheese bringing it to around $14...and still cheaper than some of the $16+ price at other spots. This thing was huge!! They gave me the green and red salsa which were both great. I would get it with pico de gallo next time instead of tomatoes. Flavor, texture, and freshness was exceptional. Plenty of seating with friendly staff with a casual setting and a TV. Finally found our go-to spot for breakfast burritos!! Woohoo!!

Food was horrible, a wet burrito looked like water the pictures on the wall looked better than what I was served & the chicken was so tardy I hope it wasn't spoiled chicken, no beans, and they charged extra for wet plus, THE PRICES WERE TO EXPENSIVE, the service was not welcoming and it was freezing in there. We will NEVER GO BACK. I MAKE BETTER BURRITOS THAN WHAT WE WERE SERVED.

The food came out fast and hot, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the place spotless. From the counter to the salsa bar, everything was clean and well-organized. Service was smooth even with a big order. If you’re craving authentic tacos and quick service in a clean environment, this spot delivers. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly service. Good food. Great little spot. Check it out. My picture is four carne asada tacos to go and it was really really good. I will be back
