Terrible Service – They Don’t Listen to the Customer Taqueria Taxco in Haltom City needs to seriously work on listening to their customers. I clearly ordered potato and egg tacos — that’s it. The only question I was asked was what kind of salsa I wanted. But when I got to work and opened my order, the tacos were loaded with cheese — something I specifically avoid with certain foods. When I called to let them know about their mistake, they got defensive and rude. That’s completely unacceptable customer service. It’s frustrating and disappointing to pay for food (and, in this case, very minimal tacos for the price) you can’t even eat because someone didn’t bother to listen, and then be treated poorly when you try to address it. The fuel pumps are slow. Very slow. Probably why it's 10 cents cheaper then across the street.

Great experience at Taqueria Taxco. I ordered the migas and they were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and well prepared. The portions were good and everything tasted fresh. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely a great spot for authentic Mexican food. I will be coming back!
