Taqueria Tsunami

Carson took stupendous care of me. I complimented him on his vintage “Sic’ Em” dawgs shirt and we talked for half an hour. We shared our favorite book series and discussed what we planned to read next. I got “the Quatro,” which was my choice of three tacos and a side. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. The Mexican-Asian fusion is to die for. Sweet, tangy, and umami flavors dance on your tongue. You will not regret a trip to this Taqueria Tsunami.

For the price, location, and variety, this place is a 10/10. Lots of veggie, seafood and meat options that satisfy a craving for multiple food types! The Korean cauliflower appetizer was so delicious! I also got the Thai chicken taco and the shrimp tempura taco. Both were flavorful. The side salad was just that, nothing special. I like that you can appease a variety of diets and palettes here. I did get the dessert eggroll and would have loved to have had a different texture on the outer casing of the eggroll, maybe more of a wonton type wrapper then rolled in crushed graham crackers? I did get a meal to go for someone and they had the fish and tofu tacos; both were described as awesome with and emphasis on the tofu having wonderful flavor. Great food! Atmosphere was great for lunch with friends. Our server Joshua did a great job and was very attentive.

omg there’s not enough words to describe how much I love this restaurant (this location and the one on Oconee connector)!! this food is always so scrumptious and filling. always great service and bustling vibes 😛😛

I ordered the shrimp tempura tacos. There was a bit of a mix up which caused a delay in my order. However, the waitress proactively comped the meal which was very nice so I can't complain there. When my food arrived it was hot and was pretty good . My party did like the fact that you can mix and match tacos.
