Taqueria y Neveria San Luis

We have been coming here for years, and the food is always tasty, they have great prices and they have amazing customer service.

Good was delicious. My daughter and I came and I got the queso flamiado and she got the qesabirria and everything was delicious.

Really disappointed! I moved to Pasadena a year ago and this was the spot to go to with my kids for food and ice cream. I went in today and saw a sign on the table about a “Jarrito preparado” and once he said he had guava I was like yes! Everything was going well the server was very attentive and nice. I took a few sips and there it was a freaking roach in my drink!!! I was so disgusted, I wanted to throw up! My boyfriend immediately waved down the server and cancelled our food order and we left.

Love it here! Food is great! Service is great! What better thing to have a full meal and also dessert! Highly recommend. Favorite dish enchiladas potosinas!

Food: Caldo de Res - hot, well seasoned, and tasty Rice - okay Guacamole - bland Chips - never received it Service: Guacamole - paid for a large order but received a tiny container Chips - paid for a bag of chips but didn’t receive it Tostadas - ordered this but was sent tortillas instead Atmosphere: This was a delivery order. I called to inform them of the mishaps but no one ever answered the phone. It was my first and last experience with this restaurant. Como Hispana, estoy muy decepcionada con el servicio que recibí de este establecimiento hispano, especialmente durante el mes de la Herencia Hispana.
