Taqueria y Tamaleria La Guelaguetza

I came here with my co-workers and everyone said it was good. I got three tacos: steak, carnitas, and pastor. Everything was well seasoned and tasty. The tortillas they used were fairly soft and almost seem homemade, not like the standard doubled up thin tortillas that a lot of places use.

Delicious Oaxacan style Mexican food. Service is quick, and you can call in your order ahead of time. Easy parking, 5 minutes from Hwy 101 & I-5. The Mole negro sauce has rich, deep flavor. The chicken just fell away from the bone. The burritos are good sized, and the supreme burritos are even bigger. Mulitas, Sopes, Tlayuda Oaxaquēnas, Tamales, tacos They have new covered picnic tables! And the area where you order is covered too! updated, still delicious.

Very disappointed! The torta was badly wrapped, and I got a charged 50 cents for a sauce I never asked for. Nobody told me there would be an extra charge. That's not right, and then when I checked my order they didn't even include the sauce so I had to go back to get it after they charged for it. They really need to improve their service to be more honest with customers.

One of the BEST bites of food I’ve had in Olympia in a long time. The chicken mole tamal had so much flavor, the experience made me happy all day. Also had a pork red sauce tamal and a side of rice and beans which were all incredibly delicious but their chicken mole tamales were the star of the show, wow. Go try it you won’t be disappointed. The folks running this place are also so kind and sweet, I’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you for a delicious meal!

Just moved here back in June have bin on the hunt for some good Mexican food! We got the supreme burritos! I was hesitant because of the price BUT hands down the best burrito me and my husband have had in a long time! 😭💕👏🏼 and nothing better then some of the best home made authentic horchata 😍 I will be returning
