Taquería Mi Pueblito Bar & Grill #3

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Camarones Empanizados and the michelada. However, our waitress took longer than usual and didn’t bring out to go plates and she kept disappearing for long periods. We had to ask Nancy Huerta, another waitress, to get another order and plates to go. She was quick, efficient, and spot on! Her vibe was great, and she provided amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to visit and asking for her ! 💖

Been meaning to try this Taqueria for some time. Mi Pueblito was springily good and budget friendly. Everything you see, plus a drink, came out to just $14! Flavor was average but still hits the mark. Everything was great, from the toasted bread of the Torta, to the cheesy Gordita! The service was spotty on my visit, but the restaurant was half full from the lunch crowd. So hope to see this improve on our return. Parking was easy, plenty of spots. The area may detour some people. But definitely one of the spots in the area with better quality Mexican food. Well worth a stop if you're in the area. We will definitely be back to try more. Honest Food Critic Review: Mi Pueblito Let me start by saying that the management at Mi Pueblito was responsive and took care of the issues we encountered the same night of our visit. This restaurant is a revamped version of a previous establishment, and the facelift is noticeable. The extended bar, fresh paint, new décor, tables, and booths give it a fresh and welcoming feel. The entryway is open and inviting—except for that tree with glass near the bathroom. As a tall person, I can personally attest to its unfortunate placement. Maybe relocating it or adding a guest check-in area would be a better use of space. Our biggest challenge of the night was the service. This is a new Mexican restaurant that recently opened in the neighborhood. My friend has been here a few times and introduced me to the place. Their salsa is amazing and their chips are delivered to the table hot. I ordered the #46 Beef, Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas for one. It's more than enough for one person. The meats are seasoned well and juicy. The service is fantastic and the restaurant is clean. The price is reasonable and the portions are large.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the giant handmade wooden tree. It is enormous and so beautiful! Atmosphere is pleasant with Mexican decor in every corner. There are two seating options, booths or tables. Details were not spared in this place. You’ll see the name of the restaurant on the booths and the jarritos. The waitress brings out chips, two types of salsa (one warm and one cold) AND melted cheese. That sold it for me! The salsas were thick and tasty and the cheese was not watered down. I ordered the parrillada that included fajitas, both chicken and beef, plus shrimp and sausage. It is accompanied with charro beans and rice (plus avocado, tomato and shredded lettuce).
