Tarpon's

Tarpon’s, located inside Hotel Indigo Panama City Marina, is an absolute gem. The service is always fast and friendly, and the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you sit down. I recently had the crab cakes for dinner (obviously with fries), and they were top notch — perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and some of the best I’ve had. The food is consistently delicious, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just looking for a great meal with a relaxed coastal vibe, Tarpon’s is definitely worth a visit.

Tarpons restaurant was our choice for breakfast, as we visit the Indigo hotel marina in Panama, FL. Our server Shalondra she was prompt and very kind along with her team mate Zack. The food was superb and with the teamwork of Shalondra & Zack made for excellent experience for our visit. Great customer service and great food on point! :-)

My family and I had breakfast at Tapron’s every morning while staying at the hotel. Our experience there on multiple occasions was consistently amazing. The manager, Shalandria always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. You can tell she takes pride and what she does. Her customer service was impeccable. The food was always presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Thanks so much for the hospitality, we will definitely be back.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a nice place for a birthday breakfast for my wife, Tarpon was excellent. The menu isn’t huge, but all three of our dishes were excellent. I had the frittata my wife had the Powerball, and my daughter had the eggs Benedict. The decor is stunning and the service top-notch. The topper to the morning was cheesecake with our breakfast for her birthday.

Staff was both friendly and professional. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was a little busy as it adjoins the hotel lobby but what a hidden gem. Highly recommend it.
