Loved our visit to Tartinery NYC! Everything we ordered was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We started with the smashed avocado topped with a boiled egg — so delicious and flavorful. Definitely add flaky salt; it takes it to the next level. The salmon tartines were another standout — perfectly balanced, with capers adding just the right pop of flavor. We also tried the warm goat cheese salad, which was delicious overall, though it could have used a bit more dressing. They were also very accommodating for my child. We ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice, a croissant, and a side of Nutella, and they were happy to put it together for us. Great food, quality ingredients, and a welcoming experience. Would definitely come back!

Very cute spot! We just happened upon this place and decided to try it. Our food was really good and a good size for what you pay. Our server was super nice too! Definitely recommend the roast beef tartine for its large portion of roast beef!

We’ve been to the one in Columbus Circle which was a very pleasant experience so we decided to come here as well. The atmosphere and service were completely different, with most of the servers seeming rather angry except maybe one guy at the bar. The table wasn’t cleaned carefully before we got seated after the previous customers left, and things just felt off in general. I guess it’s understandable since this branch probably has a higher turnaround and so there’s a lot of work. But the food also didn’t taste as good as we remembered unfortunately. If you’re a local, try the one in Columbus Circle instead!

We came here because it was close to our hotel and rated very highly. I ordered the grain & sweet potato bowl, added feta and it was excellent. I came back a second day and ordered the same thing! The Croque Madam was more of an open faced grilled cheese, but my friend still enjoyed her order. Delicious food. Would come back! The only reason that I put a 3 star for service is because usually when you order a drip coffee is comes with refills, and no one mentioned that another cup of coffee would be charged. Considering we had eaten around NYC on the visit and always enjoyed a few refill, if you're not going to offer it then it needs to be clearly stated on the menu or by the server. Charges on the bill should never be a surprise.

Wonderful place, I love the matcha latte, we have roasted beef, croque madame, chia bowl, warm apple tart, Matcha latte is not sweet, The taste of matcha is dominant, and the coffee flavor is very light
