I always drive by this place and decided I need to try it! Such a cute hidden gem! The place is super cozy and the food is great! They had different options for their baklava. The staff was super friendly! Will be back for more!

I got two falafel pita wraps and chocolate baklava to go. It was so good!! Clearly a family business. I loved the vibes inside and it was the best Greek food I have found in the Triad. 🙂

If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food, Taste of Troy is a must-visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and eager to help. When I asked what the most popular dish was, the lady behind the counter confidently told me that everything was the best—a bold claim, but one that turned out to be true. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with a side of hummus, and both were absolutely delicious. The salad was crisp and full of vibrant flavors, while the hummus was smooth, rich, and paired perfectly with warm pita. The portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. Service was fast and friendly, making the experience even better. Pricing was reasonable for the quality—I got my meal with a Coke, plus a 20% tip, for just under $32. O

Overall was great. I ordered take out for the first time here. Classic gyro with fries. The fires were battered and seasoned well. I did ask for ranch, and it tasted like it was store bought but honestly their fries were so good I didn’t need it. The gyro meat was tender, well seasoned and tasted great. We have found out Greek place in town now.

I have been to this restaurant since before the pandemic and each and every time their food HITS. I had to post a review this time around because I realized not many people go because it’s a little hidden. But, def go if you like mediterranean food! I ordered the classic lamb gyro and my dad ordered the chicken platter! (we also got pistachio baklava dessert) 😌
