Tastee Ice

A local favorite that gets busier than you would expect for a snow cone place, but they have other snacks as well. Sometimes the drive through line goes out into the street! They have a large selection of flavors and other add ons to make your perfect creation. My favorite so far is the cherry cola plunge, which is cherry cola snow cone with vanilla ice cream. I'm pretty sure they use Blue Bell ice cream. YUM! 😙👌 They only take cash or cash app I think.

I wanted to save some gas by stopping here because it was up the street instead of South Dallas but I see why i should’ve made the trip because this place has No flavor Koolaid pickles are not marinated pickles are still sour not sweet I’ve had sweeter just seem made with no love. everything felt rushly made the slushie is low on flavor i will not be returning. Then the ice was not fully shaved down it was still tiny chunks they might need a new machine n the machine look like it don’t get cleaned.

I love these snowcones. Ice is so soft. Many tastee flavors. Prices are normal. We drive from Cedar Hill to come get these snowcones. By the time we make it home, it's all gone. Everyone is also nice.

I went through the drive through at this TRIPLE digit weather 🥵. I ordered the tiger blood with cream (I love vanilla flavoring). It was soft ice 🧊 and super delicious. This wasn’t exaggerating on the intensely sweet flavors. I didn’t feel as guilty eating this one and it still go the job done. I got a size medium which I didn’t think I would finish but… I did! I'd remembered growing up in the area as kid walking pass what was an empty parking lot. Until one day, after school, while walking pass that same lot I've noticed a small house being built... I didn't know what it was as kid, but I was curious to find out. On different days throughout the week I started to keep my eye on that little house as I walked pass by and everytime I noticed something was added to it every day: a little bit of color here and there, a window and a sign.
