What a great spot for a burger in Murfreesboro! I was a little disappointed when the menu said they had pickle fries as a premium side option only to find out that they no longer serve that. But their regular french fries 🍟 are the best kind... pipping hot! The burger was great- juicy and cooked to order which is refreshing to be asked that. The mozzarella sticks were a little bready but still quite good. When I went in for lunch there was only two other tables there but I had to stand waiting at the front to be seated for several minutes. Once I did get seated my server was wonderful. Be sure to check this place out. I recommend the Tavern burger 🍔

Everything was great. Sarah behind the bar was nice and very knowledgeable about everything. The food was great. We got there before the crowd on a Friday night, it filled up fast. The only complaint was we had fish and there was no Malt Vinager. We were told that was something they do not offer.

The food was always great! My partner and I ordered Oyters Po’ Boy. The Chef today appeared to have forgotten to add the prime and distinctive seasoning like we had last time. The service was excellent. Sorry we can’t remember the name of the server. She was always checking in and offered us selections of desserts. We ordered the Coconut Pie with Ice cream. It was excellent and was presented well. We were so stuff and we just ordered one to share. Last comment, there were two male customers on the bard and seemed to be arguing for some silly reasons. That ruined the great ambiance. Overall, it’s still An excellent restaurant. We will continue to dine there. Thank you to the server for recognizing me as Marine Veteran!

I've been to this establishment several times and the food and service were great. However, today I must say that it was my worst experience. I understand there are wait times and large crowds at times. But I believe this is something that should be communicated upon seating guest to let them decide if they want to wait. I went there on my lunch break with my mom and we were seated without being made aware of a "large table" in front of us, which by the way only had about 5-6 people seated. Mind you, I said I was on my lunch break. So, I only had 1 hour. My mom and I spent 45+ minutes literally sitting there with sweet tea and NO food. It was to the point where 2 other customers saw how long we were there and how aggravated we looked that they said something to us and were apologetic that

Our first visit to Murfreesboro and stopped here for a late lunch. This is a very nice establishment. Beautifully decorated and the service was wonderful. The food was quite good, but not over the top for 5 stars. We would certainly go back.
