I always have an amazing experience here, no matter how many times I go! The place is so beautiful, from the inside and out. The atmosphere is always gorgeous, best decoration, and the view through windows are simply beautiful, expecially when they have the winter scene out. It's such a shame it comes out only once a year! Usually places with good presentation don't have the best food, but that is DEFINITELY not the case for this restaurant. Every dish is not only so pleasing to the eyes but also so delicious! I've had many different kinds of food here, but from meat, to vegetable, to even pasta, everything is cooked to perfection and it tastes perfect too! The menu changes ever so often, so you'll never be bored of the options any time you go as well. The servers are so kind and attentive

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was incredible—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into each meal. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued and welcomed. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and an exceptional dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What a fantastic lunch we enjoyed here today. It was truly an experience. The venue was stunning. Well decorated, it felt like stepping into a gingerbread house. The decor was incredible. The food was really tasty. The drinks, desserts, and even the coffee were delightful. The service were very attentive, even though the place was super busy. We received the attention we needed. The only downside was the lack of a parking lot, requiring a walk of about a block to reach a garage, but that’s to be expected in New York City. This is definitely a spot I recommend for both tourists and locals, especially during the holiday season.

The date I visited coincided with New York Restaurant Week... and I was able to enjoy their special menu. Honestly, the food at this restaurant was delicious. Even though I'm not usually a big fan of Western cuisine, I really enjoyed it. The view was also great, the restaurant atmosphere was wonderful, and the service from the manager to the staff was very attentive. Of course, the tip started at 20%

The glass-encased area is a gorgeous place to be for brunch. Service was good, but interesting choices were made re: triage of task completion. We sat for a few minutes staring at our main course waiting for new flatware. Not a huge issue I guess, but eggs don't hold well, even after just a few minutes. There were too many people on the floor for there not to be a more efficient procedure for this. Biscuits and gravy - if you're from the south (we're TN natives), skip this. The gravy was bland and the biscuit was really more of a scone. They attempted to ellevate a staple from another region, but instead just made a worse version of it. Onion soup - fine; we've had worse, but we've had better, too. Steak and Eggs - not a fan, but I'll give the concession that I may just not like this cut
