I have used the services of The Tax Shop several times over the years when my taxes have been complicated. Mr. Brian Poole has always done a great job. Friendly, professional, and more importantly, accurate. I highly recommend The Tax Shop

I rarely leave reviews especially negative ones but after I requested a refund they ghosted me so here we are. I honestly can’t believe how horribly they managed to mess up my taxes. I asked them to file an extension, which they never did, resulting in me owing over $2,000 in penalties. When I called the IRS to get it sorted out she asked why I don’t have a dependent claimed on my taxes. He did not add a dependent 2 years in a row, even though I said in my email as a direct quote “I had my first child in 2021”. I found someone that knows what they are doing and I’m getting over $5,000 back. No apology, no offer to help sort out the mess they caused, generally zero concern for how this mess affected our family. I would not recommend this business.

I am so very happy I found Brian at the Tax Shop. Last year I had to pay a lot in taxes, this year with his help, a great refund. He is pleasant and listens!! You will be happy if you visit him

This is my 2nd year using The Tax Shop to do my taxes for my small business and this year filed joint with my wife.Besides being very reasonably priced and efficient,Brian and his secretary Darlene are very nice and a pleasure to business with ! We highly recommend The Tax Shop !
