The team at Taylor of Oklahoma has been very helpful to my bar. We ordered a new machine and it was delivered and installed very quickly. The support team is very helpful with troubleshooting and they have lots of common parts in stock for quick repairs.

This place overcharge for parts and labor. Check out soft serve parts and a few other sites parts half the price of Taylor of Oklahoma. Then that Scott guy I don’t know if he racist or what but talks to people like if he is better. Not knowing his just the help. I called the headquarters that was no help so I took matters in my own hands. Found a good tech way cheaper and Taylor parts for third parties. Way cheaper, convenient, and don’t have no service fee, plus all the other fees Scott or Taylor comes up with. I spent over bout 10,000 dollars and Scott thought he can talk or handle me. No sir. But thanks Taylor of Oklahoma. Thanks Scott top salesman(watch out). Then Scott got the nerve to talk bout Sonic Drive thru cause he has to service their machines and they go over his head. I wish
