After they started selling by weight vs size it went downhill. You have to ask for samples and the workers ignore you even if you are the only customers there.

Well I just went to the TCBY in Mandeville for the first time at 9:10 p.m. on a Friday night and the board with the menu light was off and then when the young lady came to the window she had no paper menu and said the board light had just went out despite the business not closing till 10:00 she offered me no help so I left and went somewhere else I hope the owners see this this is not how you keep business

They have a vast selection of tasty yogurt in addition to the seasonal ice cream flavor, which I’m always excited for but wish wasn’t time sensitive...ahhh they’re so good...but I suppose the novelty makes it taste better. Anyhow, great stuff, albeit a little pricey.

Workers were very friendly. The yogurt was delicious and the employees were generous with the toppings. Definitely coming back!
