Tried your dubai chewy cookie today, it was alright. I'm wondering if you guys actually put kataifi or some sort of vermicelli noodles in it. Anyway, it'd be better if you could cut it into smaller chunks.

First visit today. I wish TeaZenTea wasn't sharing a space with a slot business. I went during the day, which felt ok. The employee was really helpful & friendly. The bubble tea was very good...a bit pricey to me, but I will be back. 4 stars for the environment going on in the background.

AS A PROF UBE/TARO CONNOSUER, I can say that their ube tastes watered down. I've been here twice and each time I put "less ice" they always fill half my damn cup with it anyways.. im crunching away for like 5 straight minutes just to get the ice out of the way. The creme brule is excellent and the salted cheese adds a refined touch. Please stop giving me so much ice I am going to go crazy Update: I HATE YOY TEASSNTEA J QAS HAVINV A BAD DAY BECAUSS I WASTED MY MONEY ON ANORHER PLACE AND I GOR BOBA HERE TOO I ORDERED A MATCHA MANGO LATTE WITH SALTEE CHEESE FIAM 75% SUGAR BUT the matcha wasn't sweet at al and tastes like cheap safeway mochi, they added no salted cheese foam, and they added NO MANGO :(((((( IM SO UPSST im never going here again I hate yall and hope u get fired my sister even

Usually order one for me and one order to split for my girls for additional .50 cents which is okay rather than ordering 2 adult size drink that will only go to waste. So I ordered here today and the lady said that they don’t do split anymore which is okay for me. But paying almost $8 for this and not even getting full?? My goodness. I ask the cashier how come it’s not full and she said that’s how they serve it now. Wow.

Great boba but super high prices. Lovely atmosphere in the store with really nice Christmas decorations! Very friendly staff too. However, I ordered by myself at the kiosk and it wanted me to give a tip. To who??
