Customer Reviews
Part of the Canteen Food Hall, Tender Crush had a good selection of chicken tenders that can be smothered in different sauces or dipped. The waffle fries are good and there is plenty of seating. Rio isn’t usually super busy so there’s never a wait. And they do room service
We ordered the 3 grilled chicken and 3 crispy chicken and service was a bit slow. only two members of staff were there, the till had a malfunction and the food needed salt. Plus they added a lot herbs on the grilled chicken but there is a casino right next to it. Overall probably won't be coming back unless they add salt packets. 4/10
Had the Harlem heat tenders with the waffle fries. Both were tasty. Fast and great service.
I wanted the Orange Crush Vodka drink but they didn't have them. Why advertise them if they don't? Anyway, I went with the SEASONED waffle fries instead. They were lukewarm, hard and flavorless. The Old NY chicken sandwich was hot but the bun was so soggy it fell apart before I could even eat half of it. The chicken itself was good. Service was really slow even though it wasn't busy. The food is overpriced for what it was. $6 for some mediocre waffle fries is criminal. I threw out all of the "crumbs" I was served (about a third of the fries). I guess that was an expensive lesson.
I had 2 $10 food vouchers , so I decided to give them a try. Like many people I'm a chicken tender fan. I got the Jackson Heights Hot Chicken Tenders , Waffle Fries , and a Mello Yellow Soda. The chicken fingers were decent size , but I read another review that the owners had told them to cut the size and they used to be larger. You get 3 chicken tenders which I would think for $13 you should get 4. The Seasoned Waffle Fries were $6 , and the Soda was $6 for a fountain drink , really. JACKSON HEIGHTS HEAT CHICKEN TENERS - BIRD PEPPER, CHIVES, KOSHER PICKLES WITH ZESTY WHITE BBQ They were pretty good with lots of sauce and it did have a nice kick if you're like me and like it hot , but not too hot. They weren't very crispy which is more like I like them also , I like to taste the ch
