Tenet Downtown

TENET is the cutest place! It’s connected to Torrent Cycle and I met the owner Mike and he’s so kind! I got a fresh pumpkin muffin right out of the oven and it was DIVINE. So flavorful and moist. I also loved their zucchini muffin. I ordered the PBC chocolate peanut butter shake because it has 33g of protein and it did not disappoint. This place is tucked away and is truly a hidden gem of Salt Lake! Definitely worth stopping by. I want to try their paninis next time.

The owner immediately greeted me when I went in, walked me through the menu, and gave some great recommendations for my first time. I tried the Salted Day Dream coffee and the chicken chipotle panini. I devoured that sandwich. It was just spicy enough to give the kick I wanted without taking away from any of the other flavors. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The patio area was clean and comfortable.

Dan was the absolute sweetest and most kind. The cold brew & Pumpkin muffin were incredible and Dan was so hospitable and generous to even share his phone charging chord for me when I was in need lol. Seriously a joy

Best smoothie/coffee shop in SLC!!, fairly certain I've been to all of them.😃 If you need an after workout protein boost I recommend the PBC... if you're hungry and want breakfast my favorite smoothie bowl is chunky monkey - I brought it to work with me and it took all three of my breaks to finish it. Coffee - Tenet has a bunch of signature drinks (I like them blended). But sometimes it's nice to have a correctly made cortado ☕ Stop by!

The cutest little shop found downtown. I LOVE their smoothies. The matcha and cold brew are fantastic and refreshing especially during our hot weather. Their outdoor space is such a vibe and is so inviting sit and yap. I typically find trying something new on their menu and I’m never disappointed! :)
