Teriyaki Heaven

A hidden gem for sure! The lady was so welcoming and nice. We came around 6 and nobody was here. We ordered to go and since it was going to take some time to come our food they offered ice water while we wait which was very nice !! (They have the good ice. If you know, you know) I ordered the #1 General tsos chicken and #19 Yaki soba teriyaki chicken. The portions were good size and the food was pretty decent! Parking was a little weird with the buckets but it is what it is They have a lottery room which is pretty decent and have some good slots when I looked at the ones open

I went to this restaurant because the name, I love teriyaki food. The name does not fit the menu. It's more like Chinese food and I saw only 2 items for teriyaki. The food was excellent , the service was awesome and it also has video lottery. Parking was weird because it had paint buckets blocking some areas and I hope they are updating this establishment because it's ugly inside.

Terrible customer service. I asked if they could consider offering brown rice in the future, since many teriyaki places do. Instead of simply passing on the feedback, the staff member became defensive, turned up the radio while I was speaking, and then refused to serve me by giving me a refund. I wasn’t rude — I just made a customer suggestion — but I was treated with hostility and judgment. Very unprofessional, and I left without food after waiting. If this place is called “Heaven,” I don’t know what “Hell” looks like.

The food is so nasty and meat tastes like shit. Also The place was dirty and smell bad.

Pick-up chow mein excellent Chinese food and the broccoli beef is flavorful! I believe they are in the middle of exterior renovations so you may pass it and not realize they are open for lunch/dinner.
