The meat was very tasteful and service was good, but the plantains were very dry with no flavor. The beans taste amazing one of a kind.

We ordered and waited for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the buzzer never rang. We reminded them several times of our order. Many people who ordered after us got their order. After half an hour the order they gave us was wrong flavor. They took it from us without even apology and then told us to wait another 20 minutes. Then they gave us something wrong AGAIN!! We asked for a refund at the end. Absolute terrible service.

Unfortunately, the brisket was inedible for me. It was very tough and full of sinew, which made it hard to chew. The quality felt below standard.

Terra Nossa is honestly one of my favorite places to eat at the Natick Mall. The food is so good every single time the meat is always juicy, the seasoning is perfect, and everything tastes super fresh. The customer service is really nice too. They’re always friendly, quick, and they actually make you feel welcome. Even when it’s busy, they still take care of you and don’t act annoyed. If you want good food ESPECIALLY STEAK, Terra Nossa is definitely the spot.
